The attributes your customers actually feel
Each measurement uses an instrument configured for your specific product -- the right probe, the right motion, the right speed. We do not force your sample into a generic test.
Spreadability
How easily a product rubs out on skin or a surface. The instrument spreads it the way a person does -- circular or linear motion, controlled load -- and records the friction coefficient throughout.
Stickiness and stringiness
The probe goes into the product and pulls back out. You get the peak adhesion force and how far the material stretches before it breaks. Two numbers that define "how sticky is this?"
Dispensability
How much product comes out of the actual package at a given squeeze force. We test in the container your customers use -- the tube, the pump, the bottle -- not a laboratory fixture.
Visual behavior
A synchronized camera records every test. You see what happens as the product spreads, strings, or breaks -- something no other instrument provides. The video ships with every report.

Batch consistency
Send one sample from every production run. We compare each batch against your locked baseline and flag drift before your customers feel it. The measurement protocol stays fixed, so every result is directly comparable to the last.
Reformulation validation
You changed the formula and need to know whether consumers will notice. We measure the old version and the new one under identical conditions and tell you exactly what shifted -- and by how much.
Sensory panel correlation
Panel data is statistically tricky: rating scales, just-noticeable differences, attribute correlations. We connect your existing sensory data to instrumental measurements using methods from our published literature, so you know what the instrument number means in human terms.

The protocols we use are the same emulative, tribological, and rheological methods documented in our 22 peer-reviewed publications. And because we design and fabricate every instrument in-house, we adapt the measurement to your product -- not the other way around.
A standard tribometer costs over $100,000 and measures one thing. A standard texture analyzer measures something else. Our instrument does both, adds a camera, and costs a fraction of either. When you send us samples, that is the instrument running your test.
